Acceptable Use & Safety Policy

Guidelines for safe, compliant, and effective use of Growzen.

Growzen is a powerful tool. With power comes responsibility. This policy outlines how to use our platform safely to avoid bans, protect your reputation, and respect the digital ecosystem.

Healthy Usage

  • Warm-up: Start slow (10-20 emails/day) and increase gradually.
  • Limits: Stick to recommended daily limits (e.g., <50/day for new accounts).
  • Human-like: Use variable sending intervals and personalization.
  • Rotation: Rotate multiple accounts/domains to spread load.

Risky Behavior

  • Spikes: Sudden jumps in sending volume (e.g., 0 to 500 in a day).
  • Templates: Sending 100% identical messages to everyone.
  • Bad Data: High bounce rates (>5%) from unverified lists.
  • Aggressive Scraping: Ignoring site limits or robots.txt.

1. Strictly Prohibited Actions

We have a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Use of purchased, stolen, or breached email lists.
  • Scraping government, banking, or sensitive personal health data.
  • Automation designed specifically to bypass provider security safeguards (CAPTCHA solving for malicious intent).
  • Sending scams, malware, or illegal content.

2. System Alerts Explanation

Growzen includes built-in health monitoring.

  • Green: Usage is within safe limits.
  • Yellow: Caution. You are approaching risky thresholds. Slow down.
  • Red: Critical risk. Stop campaigns immediately and review your strategy.

3. Account Protection Notice

Important: Gmail and other providers control their own platforms. Growzen provides visibility and tools to help you stay compliant, but we cannot grant immunity from bans.

If you ignore our safety warnings or engage in prohibited activity, you risk account suspension by your email provider. Growzen is not liable for lost accounts.
