User Guide, Alerts & Responsibility

Essential information for operating Growzen safely and effectively.

Read Before Using Growzen

By using this platform, you accept full responsibility for your automation activities. This guide helps you navigate our safety features, but your judgment is the final safeguard.

1. Understanding Alerts

Our dashboard uses a traffic-light system to indicate account health.

Green (Healthy)Normal activity. Keep doing what you're doing.
Yellow (Warning)Unusual spikes or high volume. Pause and review.
Red (Critical)Immediate risk of ban. Stop all automation now.

2. How to Pause Automation

If you see a yellow or red alert, or if you notice issues with your email provider:

  1. Go to the Dashboard or Active Jobs page.
  2. Click the Stop or Pause button next to running campaigns.
  3. Wait at least 24-48 hours before resuming at a lower volume.

3. Best Practices

Scrape Responsibly

Target specific, high-quality leads rather than scraping thousands of irrelevant contacts. Quality > Quantity.

Personalize Emails

Use variables like First Name and Company Name. Generic emails trigger spam filters faster.

Monitor Domain Health

Check your domain reputation regularly using external tools (like Google Postmaster Tools).

4. Reporting & Support

Found a bug? Seeing unexpected behavior?

  • Bug Reports: Use the "Report Issue" button in the dashboard footer.
  • Suspicious Activity: If you suspect abuse of the platform, email us at abuse@growzen.app.

5. User Acknowledgment

By using Growzen, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • You are responsible for the emails you send and the data you collect.
  • Growzen is a tool provider and is not responsible for the outcomes of your campaigns.
