Welcome to Growzen.app ("Growzen," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our email automation, lead scraping, and workflow platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Definition of Services

Growzen.app provides a suite of tools for growth marketers, including:

  • Lead scraping and data extraction (manual, automated, or assisted).
  • Multi-account Gmail sending and management.
  • Cold email automation and scheduling.
  • Analytics, account health monitoring, and risk alerts.

2. User Eligibility & Responsibility

By using Growzen, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

  • No Inbox Guarantee: Growzen does not guarantee inbox placement, open rates, or response rates. Deliverability depends on many factors outside our control.
  • Platform Independence: Growzen is not affiliated with Google or Gmail. We are not responsible for Gmail suspensions, domain blacklisting, or enforcement actions by third-party providers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.
  • Comply with Google's Terms of Service and the policies of any third-party platforms you interact with.
  • Warm up email accounts properly before sending high volumes.
  • Respect sending limits and heed our system's risk alerts.
  • Maintain lawful grounds for processing any data collected via our scraping tools.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may strictly NOT use Growzen for:

  • Sending spam, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content.
  • Scraping restricted, private, or government sources without authorization.
  • Using stolen, rented, or unauthorized email accounts.
  • Harassment, hate speech, or distributing malware.
  • Circumventing security measures or platform limits.

5. Right to Suspend & Fair Usage

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that demonstrate abusive patterns, such as excessive bounce rates, high spam complaints, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. We may enforce fair usage limits on scraping and automation resources to ensure platform stability.


6. Referral Program Policy

Growzen offers an optional referral program that allows existing customers to earn temporary sending and account limits in exchange for referring new users. Participation is voluntary and subject to this section, the rest of these Terms, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

  • Rewards are temporary and may expire.
  • Verification checks are required before rewards are granted.
  • Abuse or self-referrals can void rewards.

6.1. Eligibility

  • Only registered Growzen accounts in good standing may participate.
  • We may restrict access to the referral program for accounts under review, in violation of these Terms, or previously flagged for abuse.
  • Referral rewards have no cash value and are not transferable, sellable, or exchangeable for money or credits outside of the Growzen platform.

6.2. How referrals work

  • Each eligible user receives a unique referral link or code visible inside the Growzen dashboard.
  • A "referred user" is a new customer who signs up through your referral link or code and creates an account we determine to be valid and in good faith.
  • We may apply additional internal checks (including domain, account activity, and payment signals) to verify a referral before rewards are granted.

6.3. Reward structure

  • For each verified referral on a free or entry plan, referrers may receive temporary increases to sending limits (for example, additional daily emails).
  • For every defined milestone of verified referrals, referrers may receive additional benefits such as extra profile slots or temporary access to premium features.
  • When a referred user upgrades to certain paid or enterprise plans, the referrer may receive an elevated reward (for example, a Pro-level experience) for a limited period.
  • Exact thresholds, reward values, and durations are described inside the in‑app referral section and may be updated from time to time.

6.4. Reward duration and expiry

  • Referral rewards are time-limited. Unless stated otherwise in the app, most rewards expire automatically after a fixed period (for example, 3 months) from the date they are granted.
  • When a reward expires, your account reverts to the underlying plan limits without further notice.
  • We may cap the maximum number of concurrent or overlapping referral rewards that any single account can hold at one time.

6.5. Prohibited referral behavior

  • Self-referrals or creating multiple accounts for the same person or team.
  • Referrals generated through fake, disposable, or fraudulent email addresses or identities.
  • Referrals obtained through misleading advertising, spam, or any activity that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
  • Buying, selling, or trading referral links or rewards outside of Growzen.

We may withhold, revoke, or adjust referral rewards if we reasonably believe the program is being abused or used in a way that harms other customers, our infrastructure, or our reputation.


7. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Growzen. Refund eligibility depends on your plan type, usage, and the timing of your request.

Refund Highlights
  • Manual payments are reviewed before approval.
  • Report technical issues within 7 days of approval.
  • Completed usage or policy violations are not refundable.

7.1. Eligibility

  • Manual payments are reviewed and approved by our team. If a payment is rejected, no charges are applied and the request is void.
  • If a payment is approved but you experience a technical issue that prevents using the service, contact support within 7 days for review.

7.2. Non-refundable cases

  • Refunds are not available for completed usage, successful delivery, or violations of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Rewards, credits, or referral benefits have no cash value and are not refundable.

7.3. Refund processing

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when applicable, or by an alternative method agreed with support.

To request a refund, contact support with your payment reference and a clear description of the issue.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growzen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business reputation, arising from your use of the service.

9. Service Changes & Termination

We may update the service, pricing, or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Growzen operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
