3. Scraped Data Responsibility
Growzen provides tools for data extraction. By using these tools, you confirm that you have the lawful right to collect and process the data you extract. You are the "Data Controller" for any leads you generate, and Growzen acts as the "Data Processor."
4. Email Credentials & Security
We take security seriously. Here is how we handle your sensitive access:
- Authentication: We use industry-standard OAuth tokens or encrypted App Passwords to connect to your email provider.
- Encryption: Sensitive tokens are stored using strong encryption at rest and in transit.
- Isolation: Your automation data is logically isolated from other users.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
- Deletion: You can request full account deletion via your dashboard or support. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our active servers within 30 days.
- Backups: Encrypted backups may be retained for a limited period for disaster recovery purposes.
