Creating Your First Campaign

Campaigns are the engine of GrowZen. They allow you to define a list of leads, a series of messages, and the rules for when those messages should be sent.

1. Importing Leads

You can import leads from multiple sources:

  • CSV Import: Upload your own list with custom variables (First Name, Company, etc).
  • Email Verifier: Import and clean your lists before launching.
  • Maps Scraper: Push local business data straight into an active campaign.

2. Designing the Sequence

A successful sequence typically consists of 4-6 touchpoints. Use Variables and AI-generated variants to make every email feel personal.

Ensure your emails land at 9:00 AM in the lead's local time, regardless of where your sender is located.

Pro Tip: Always include a plain-text version of your email. High-HTML emails are more likely to be flagged as promotions or spam by Gmail's filters.
