Email Warmup

Build and maintain a strong sender reputation. GrowZen automatically ramps your daily sending limit over 28 days so your accounts stay healthy.

What is Warmup?

Email providers (Gmail, Outlook) monitor your sending patterns. If a new account suddenly sends 100 emails, it's flagged as spam. Warmup gradually increases your volume to look natural.

How the Ramp Works

Warmup is an automated 28-day limit ramp. GrowZen starts each account at a low daily limit and gradually raises it as the account stays healthy. This gives you:

Gradual Limit Ramp

Daily sending limit climbs from around 20 to 500 over 28 days.

Human-Like Delays

Sends are spaced out with natural delays instead of firing all at once.

Per-Account Limits

Each account enforces its own daily limit so none is pushed too hard.

The 28-Day Schedule

GrowZen applies the ramp automatically for new accounts:

  • Week 1-2: Roughly 20-150 emails per day. Low starting limit with human-like delays.
  • Week 3-4: The daily limit ramps up toward 500 as the account stays healthy.
  • After Day 28: The account sends at its full provider-aware daily limit.

Advanced Protection

GrowZen automatically pauses warmup if it detects a high "bounce rate" from your real campaigns, protecting your account from cascading reputation damage.
